If the RideStr8 didn't significantly cure the wobble, you must have some other problem that's contributing to the wobble and I would seriously doubt that the TrueTrack would be any different.
I would look at air pressure, spoke tightness and tread wear of both tires....along with front and rear shocks.
More information is needed. Where are you feeling the wobble? In the high speed sweepers with compression of the suspension? This is where you would get most of the problems. If not, something else is going on. More likely than not, tire pressure or the rear suspension pressure. Check the psi on both.
Bump up the rear to 15-20psi and check the tires. What type of tire is on your bike? If you changed out to other brand, is the sidewall a heavy duty? If not, there will be more compression or roll with the softer sidewall of the tire which could cause the wobble you are feeling.
I am using the Ride-Str8 and have had little to no other wobble issues. The only time after install was in a high speed sweeper with my wife on the back, saddle bags full along with the trunk. Suspension compressed on a sweeper at about 85mph and the wobble started with the pucker factor. Just rode it out. Other than that one time, none since.
What wobble are you guys talking about? I'm new to the touring bikes and have not noticed any kind of wobble except the front wheel at higher speed (I think it is the angle of my handlebars with the wind to my shoulders, damn RK custom bars).
