Default Small but powerful amp thought ?

I've got Hogtunes speakers in my RG fairing and their amp. While it does give a boost to the system, I'd still like a little more. No, alot more lol. That being said, I need a small yet powerfull amp that will drive those speakers. It's got to be something that will work with my stock HK system which is 2 ohm and preferably something that will drive 4 speakers. I know about Hawg Wired but that is out of the question due to cost as is the Biketronics. This also needs to fit into my fairing.

Thanks
Bad

Have you looked at rockford fosgate? They make some awsome car stuff that is rather compact, as well as alpine and jbl.Might even try some marine shops. Boats have sterios too.

Hawg Wired is your best option for the 2 ohm system...not any more options that I know of to get what you want.

There are a butt load of amps for the auto market that will handle a 2ohm load. The marine market has many as well. My memory being what it is, I can't remember too many of the players though. Just do a google search, you might find what you're looking for.

I had a Kenwood amp hooked up from the front speaker leads on the HK stereo which is 2 ohm and then 4--- 4 ohm speakers from the amp and it sounded awsome with no problems for the stereo as far as overload I did have to lower the output so as not to blow the speakers but a lot more power volume and crisp sound this way

Thanks for the replies... I'll have to come up with a search and see what I can find. Small is the key word here.

So, the HT amp did not make that big of a difference? I have the HT speakers and have been thinking about the ampmyself but don't want toend up withjust a marginal improvement. Problem being is the other market amps for bikes are outrageous in price. Hawg Wired starts at about $500 or so and goes up from there!!$$

The amp was an improvement don't get me wrong. I am also running their rear speakers which are NOT amplified but sound ok. I'd just like to pump out more from the speakers and push some sound to my better half. Indeed though, it does get VERY pricey.
