abs isonly standerdon anniversery models otherwise it a $700 option however the brakes also have been upgraded on 08 models also they dont have throttle cables and havelarger fueltanks

The 07 is fine but the 08 has more updates and you can get the ABS if you want it.
I would want to keep the Road Glide around as a second ride if I could afford to keep it.
Having an Ultra and a Road Glide in the garagewould be nice.

One Reason not to go with 08: Heat, I am still trying to assess this, but my oil temp runs from 240 to 265 degrees after a ride. Normal I am told is about 220 this may be isolated but I am concerned. I can't be sure this is any different on the 07 but I haven't heard as much about it from the 07 owners.
