Delayed throttle response on 08's WHY???

Lagging throttle response
Response of throttle being slow is definitely an issue. I have 08 ultraglide and noticed it shortly after buying it. I thought stage 2 upgrade would fix the problem, but it didn't. Upgrade was done at Harley Falcon's Fury in Conyers.
I'm inclined to agree with a design issue theory as the cause of the problem. I also have 2022 114 roadglide and difference is night and day. It may be that those who don't have any other Harley's, haven't noticed because they don't have a comparison bike. Or, they may not have this issue. I can tell you that it's very frustrating.
And if no one offers a solution, it's a defect we'll just have to live with. Or sell the bike.
