I'm running a HHI 6 piston with 13" rotor.

I have the black andozed smooth version. Here are the specs:

I am running the stock master cylinderwith an HD "floating" rotor. Works pretty darn good. I got mine from Shooter64 (Bart) on this forum. Shoot him a PM for a price. He'll treat you right. He's a very busy guy, just be patient and he will get back to you.

There are several sources for fork legs. Hogpro has them, as does Native Custom baggers. There are probably others. I stuck with the stock caliper and fabricated a little cover for the mounting boss. Even without the cover, it isn't that noticeable. A smoothright leg would be cleaner though.

Right side

Good luck.

Have done it many many times. When we go to single sided front brake we try to upgrade to a 13" rotor with a six piston caliper when possible to get back some of the lost braking power. At very least a six piston on a 11.5' rotor. As far as your legs we have in the past just shaved off the right hand caliper mount and had it chromed, rechromed or powdercoated to match the project. We also use softail legs from time to time likePerse, MeanStreet, HD Deuce. If you do go the softail leg route you will need to be sure you realize you now will be running a front wheel with a 3/4" axle. Lots of options out there to customize your front end.

Peace
Joe

Never understand this, but hey it's your decision. I am getting the HawgHaulter 6 piston calipers in black for 13 inch rotors. Yep, both sides getting better&bigger brakes, heavy bikes need lot's of stopping power. Also getting Lyndall Racing composite rotors with black friction rings, black carriers and black buttons.

No one said it doesn't work. Sure one 13 inch rotor will stop well, but 2 will stop even better, you can't deny that

Like I said, it'sthe ownersdecision. Me, I want all the stopping I can get these days with the morons the DOT's pass out drivers licenses to
