Default exhaust

have an 06 SG, SE AC with K&N, 64910-99 SE mufflers. I installed V&H tru duals headpipes and now i am getting alot of popping on decel, low or high rpm. These mufflers sounded very good with no popping until i put these headpipes on. Engine is stock 88 with 1450 race download. Cant hear or feel any leaks, has new gaskets. Thanks

You didn't list any sort of fuel management. With high flow, headers, and pipes you'll need one in order to get it tuned right and eliminate the decel popping. You may still have a little even after adding like a PCIII, or TMax (I did on my Road King, but it wasn't bad), but it won't be near as bad as it is without it.

You are running way lean. A 1550 set-up will work nicely once you get a PCIII or SERT.

What he said. I will add however that with the Tmax if you change the fuel cut off for the rpm range that you generally decell through it will stop the decell popping. You need a certain level firmware to set it though, and I can't remember what version it is. (search still not working for me)
