Default 90 Degree Intake

I have been thinking about going to one of those 90 degree intakes like the screaming eagle or Wimmer or one of the other after market intakes. I like the look. First question is do anyone of you have any experience bad or good with one of these. They all seem to come with a rain sock. How effective are they keeping water out. Also my bike was recently dyno'd and I was wondering if I would have to re-do this as well. I am tired of the old air cleaner look and want something new. Also was performance enhanced. Thanks in advance

S&S Single Bore Tuned Induction System...forget Wimmer...no contest! Unique with outstanding design/quality, comes with waterproof/breathable rain covers.

Coming home about a month ago I got caught in a serious storm, i pulled over under a bridge and put the sock on the filter and continue to ride home, never an issue,, love the look and the performance....

Arlen Ness unit below has a much slicker look than the SE stack. Any high flow filter has a more than adequate CFM flow rating.

I like the look of the forward style A/C too, but I wanted something a little different so I went with the MoFlo

Those open filters look cool when installed butnot so cool after the ribs get bend and that's real easy to do.

Put a Hogs Breath filter on my old Serv Mgr's bike. Dyno'd bothwith and without the filter, no diference. Nice thing about the Hogs Breath is you can mount it both forwardor up.
