Just heard that the MOCO is soonto release a corrected download for all 2008 Touring using FBW. The download will correct slight hesitations at throttle changes and update (install) engine management to drop rear cylinder above preset temp, closed throttle and speed below 1 mph. Will let ya know when informed.

We knew it was coming. So much for all the nay-sayers claiming Harley doesn't fix anything. I've owned Honda's for YEARS and I guarantee you would have rode around on at least 3 more model years before anything would have been done.
Wow, I'm glad to hear about the fix. I was beginning to thinkI was the only one experiencing this issue. The dealer knew nothing about it and apparently very few are affected by it. It's subtle but nasty and could causeyou to drop your bike under the right circumstances.
Here's an earlier post where I questioned whether anyone else had experienced it.

My dealer told me about the throttle response problems on the 08 FBW setup when he let me take an 08 SG with the Stage 2 out for a test ride before having the 103 installed on mine. He didn't indicate a fix was coming at the time, but he certainly knew about the problem itself.
