AAaaahhh, the question of questions that begs the answer.....why not. I wanted something different. The stock oval is good, but not different. Still forming an opion on the new cover. It was one of those things I had to stick on the bike, and see if it grows on me.

To much chrome, can't see what your talking about..But if it rings your bell, trips your trigger, screams at you then keep it..My question is why ask us, we don't really care..or did you just want to show it off? Which is ok to I guess.

You asked for opinions - I'm giving mine - now don't go and get all hostile after you read it there is no personal offense intended.
Does it perform any function that improves the sound or performance of the bike? If not then it's useless, which in effect means it's a waste of money and the effort it took you to put it on... Also, it adds wieght which helps to slow down an already slow bike.

We need to break out of that Harley image that's so ingrained in the minds of the American public -

What do you find when you find ... - a leather vest, a warm beer, an overpriced slow motorcycle, a large mirror, a big belly, lots of shiney metal, the smell of cigar smoke, semi-naked women, and lots of nonsensical banter - ?
A Harley Road Rally ...
