G/F 07 sporty (under warranty)broke down in driveway this morning.
she has 1 yr free hog membership.
so she called for her so called free tow.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The bill would be over $100, so she has to pay!!!!
Another reason for this house to tell H.O.G to F. off!!!!!
How many stories are there like this. I luckly have never used the HOG services, but expected quality service if I needed it. Now I am worried about being on the road and having to deal with Sh*t!
my buddy blew is rear tire on highway 417 in ottawa.he had the full h.o.g package and called h-d for help.they wouldnt come to get him,he ended up calling kawasaki dealer that came to get him
[sm=WTFsgign.gif]igot it free with the new bike and paid for 1year after that and since then the renewal forms go right in the trash, i just had that feeling it was a scam.
yep I got a free membership in 01 and 06.
Itried to use it once in 07. They wouldn't come get me either.
Too far out of the way.
I don't get renewals anymore as the last one had F.O. spelled out
in big letters and sent back to them.
Guess they got the point!
AAA or your insurance company can offer the same and even better service.
I guess I'm the only one with a happy story. A friend had a flat on his 6 month old RK and he called the HOG helpline. An hour and a half later there was a truck with a trailer to pick him up and carry him 60 miles back to the HD dealer. The pick up dealer was the same place he bought his bike. It was Murfreesboro (TN) HD. He did call the 1-800 number and not the dealer for the help.
