I just purchased a new Windshield from Cee Bailey's that is 2" shorter than my stock Harley windshield. Only thing I can say is WOW!!! It really made a huge difference. The stock's top edge was always somewhat in my line of sight. This height is perfect and is a much more comfortable ride. I'm not streatching to see over or slouching to see through. If you have the same issue, don't hesitate. I wish Idid this lastyear.
BTW the Cee Bailey is thicker and higher quality than the stock harley. I also got it with a grey tint
I don't suppose you have a pic with your new windshield on do you?
How about a web site link?
I'd like to get a little shorter on also and from how you describe it, sounds like what I am looking for also.
I'm a little shorter than most 5'6" i had my RK windshield cut down by a guy in st. augustine fl $25 thats all he does is mc windshields any color any size any material. sorry can't remember his name but he has a website
Everything was pre-drilled. It literally took 10 minutes to change. Although my 15 yo daughter helped as I needed three arms. I had to line things up and hold the brackets, while she tightened the screws
