I have one on mine. A local shop installed it. Just a square plug that has a clip to lock it together. Also have a quick disconnect for the Hog Tune rear speaker pods. I thought I posted a pic before, but can't find it. If you want I'll take one tomorrow (working now...well supposed to be.)
I've seen several of these posts for Tour Pac wiring (lighting) and I know many don't have the wiring tools or knowledge to make the factory harness.
I've reciently found a pre-fabricated harness and hope it comes with some instructions.
Eventhe price alone for the RTQC Quick-Connect Universal Wiring Harness $7.95 and wire is almost less then what you would get all the materials alone from the dealer with out assembly cost included for the harness.
Ram's link is for a two-wire (power and ground) connection; but TPlighting requires three if you want the run and brake light functions (ground, run, brake lights circuits).
Road Kings are the only Touring models that don't come with the harness on the bike for the TP wiring connector to plug into.

Could buy two and have aux power in T/P and lights..... or just add a wire on each side, one with pin, one with socket then have the three wire harness.
