fuel injection system that uses O2 (oxygen) sensors in the exhaust
that provide a real time feedback signal to the ECM, so the ECM
can constantly adjust the fuel / air ratio and spark timing
for the current operating conditions.
It also looks at the other signals from other sensors simultaneously
while making the appropriate adjustments.
