I'm not riding like a pro yet, the season here is just getting started. But, it has improved my riding quite a bit. I'll be practicing more now that the weather has started to change.

One tip, instead of spending the money on cones, get a few tennis ***** and cut them in half. You will understand one you watch the video. A hack saw works reall good to cut with. Cost 5 or 6 $$ for 12 *****, vs 5$ for each cone.
I still laugh at guys that cannot turn their bike around in a parking lot, while i can u turn on within two spaces or my garage driveway.
