BTW, as I didn't end up with an 83 FLH shovelhead (which is what I set out to get) and now have an '07 FLHTC, I have reregistered under my old Navy nickname "Coffee." I havebeen reading and learning a loton this forum, and plan on spending a lot of my non-riding time here. You can bet I will have questions, and this is where I will be posting them, so thanks in advance for all your great advice.
BTW is there anyway to un-register the old name 83FLH as I won't be using it, and someone might want it?

Coffee, I always listen to other people and their ideas. Especially the old guys. But it boils down to this: If you want it, and can afford it, go for it, like the other thread says.
