or anyone that got any ideas. Hey all, winters finally over and my 117 build is done, man does this thing run my problem is that my clutch wouldnt hold so we installed a 10 disc from energy one and heavy spring on with my vpc, it holds fine but I'm going to look like Popeye ( on my left arm)if I keep this setup. My question is what does the clutch pull feel like on some of the aftermarket setups like the KKK or primo pro or somthing from Barrnett. Thanks guys
Dyno #s were about 124 hp 138 tq corrected I should have some pictures and dyno sheets to post before long, my problem is if you want to call it a problem is that at 2000 rpms it had about 110 to 115tq and my stock clutch with vpc 92 and SE spring wouldnt hold. Now the clutch holds great but the pull is to much for me. Man is this thing fun to ride, every Harley should like this

Now you have me wondering the back tire breaks loose first on my street glide before the clutch slips but im changing to a 150 metzler tomorow Im now wondering if I get the tire to stick if the clutch will slip. Look at my dyno sheet 2 post up how close is the tq. line to yours. Also what oil are you running in the primary if you don't mind me asking.

I too had the slip problem so I ask Phil and Dalton both said Rivera Primo Pro Clutch...I should have looked what year your bike is mine is an 07 the part # for mine Primo is 1056-0020...Hope that helps you.
I have ran a Rivera Pro Clutch in the 116" Road King since 2003. The clutch works great but the pull "ain't no bargain". I just finished my first bike build, e.g. S&S 124, Baker DD6, etc. I went with the same clutch (Pro) but spent the money for the their pressure plate with the counter weights. THIS is the hot ticket. It was expensive ($250) but my left forearm can take it now. Oh yea, if you go that route, don't believe that it will fit without clearance issues. Bull! When you call Rivera to complain that the Derby cover is hitting they tell you you need the 1/4 " spacer for the Derby. Another downer is the spacer is bare aluminum, not chromed.
