Thenegative is... 1) you can remove/change the seat without screwing with it.
2) she has one less thing to hold on when she starts nagging.

Put it UNDER the seat, you can just about reach it with your fingers and my kids can get at it no problem.
Pushes back into the gap easy enough so it remains unseen and I would think no one can complain at you as it is still on the bike.
Works fine on my SG
