This weekend I installed the Wild 1's 517 bars on my07 Road Glide, they look great but my shoulders are burning up after 15 mins on the bike. Seems to be to much pullback and a bit narrow,I'm feeling a bit
crunched up.
Any suggestions on which bars might be more comfortable.... bye the bye, I'm 5'10 w/34"reach.
Sorry to hear. I just put my 517's on last week and now I can ride all day. I am 6'1". I don't feel crunched up at all either.I have tried the Wide Glide bars that a lot of people also like. It was better than stock but still got the burn after a few hours. Likea seat, you have to keep trying till you find what works for YOU.
Wide Glide bars moved my hands, arms, & mirrors up where they're comfortable. No cable or wire changes & reasonable cost. I'm happy with mine............
