He siaid he likes to see them come running rough because the customer don,t mind .I though the 700 pay out .ya I though BS .1 . 2 hours 100 bucks bs but he is right Im happy then the wife.
I had a baseline Dyno Run made today. Bike and numbers are as follows....
2005 FLTRI - Stock w/these exceptions:
Hi-Flow air filter w/K&N element
Stage I Map
PCIIIusb (close map from DynoJet website)
ThunderHeader
Max HP: 71.3
Max Torque: 75.5
Ambient aire temp ~ 75 degrees, w/ some TX Humidity
Tuner said he could make it better w/tweaks, but it's not work $$$ for custom map until I get heads & jugs back from BigBoyz, cams, etc. (yes, I have spare heads & jugs, so I can still ride while Bean does his thing at BigBoyz).
I just wanted to get some numbers for comparison sake, so I can see how it does after I get the engine mods installed.
I want to preface this by saying I'm trying to start any shizzo here. I'm agonizing on what exhaust system I'm gonna put on my '06 FLTRI (phoenix & crossover pipe=[sm=badidea.gif]) and I've been reading all the posts here paying particular attention to stock 88ci dyno runs. One of the runs that really caught my eye is HD Renegade's numbers.
I just don't understand how these pipes could out perform the 2into1 setup's on Streetglide#1's V&H Propipe (especially since it was tuned by Carl's Speed Shop) and PhilM's Thunderheader. Even edging out Prw3's Bassani Power Curve system.
Could the T-Rex True Duals really be THAT good? I do understand that there are many factors and conditions that affect dyno runs, incuding the operator, but 10 hp and 6 tq over a Thunderheader??? [sm=wtf.gif]
