Not a bagger but seems like this is a good source of information about different combinations so i'll add it. 2005 Dyna. 95 HP/102TQ with main jet lean and timing retarded. I've since fixed both and it's picked up some more power. Probably over 100HP now. I don't run the competition baffle, i had just installed it to make some noise at a bike party where the dyno was. Quite a torque dip between 2000-3000 RPM with this cam and pipe, not present now since i retuned and put the standard baffle back in. Man this post has been around a long time, since 2006!

95" forged 10.5:1 pistons
Standard SE performance heads
DTT TC88A ignition
42MM flatslide mikuni
SE heavy breather
Andrews TW55G gear drive cams
Vance and Hines Pro Pipe HS w/competition baffle

Default No Dyno because of V&H Fuel Pack

Well, I have been reading through this particular thread and have been planning, for some time now, to post some Dyno numbers when I finally got exhaust setup and fuel management finally installed. Tough economy you know! Well I call up my local HD Dealership and low and behold they tell me that they cannot do a Dyno on my bike because of the Vance and Hines Fuel pack I have installed. They said they are only setup for using a Race Tuner.
Someone help me out here. Is this true? How does all this work?

I apologize in advance if this is not the thread to post this on, but I've read some really good stuff here and I'm thinking that this is where I can get my best answer for this.
Thanks

Find another HD dealer who doesn't have his nose stuck where the sun don't shine. My local dealer had no qualms about dyno tuning my PCIII.

'03 Road King Standard. Details on Dyno chart.
It's only 88 cu. in., but it dyno's at 79 hp.

I believe that after the dyno run, Danny set the max revs. to 6,200 rpm. That's OK with me since there ain't much power up there anyhow.

I ride it hard. If you got it, crank it! Lots of fun. That was about 16,000 miles ago and it's still running strong.

What doesn't show on the dyno is the 45 to 50 mpg on the highway. Essentially the same as stock.
35 mpg commuting to work.
