Hey Guys, if any of you ever need any Harley Audio or Harley Electronics such as the Vance and Hines Fuel Pak... we started carrying them on our website for GREAT PRICES and FREE SHIPPING!
2012 Street Glide "black beauty"... A few mods right out of the box, 4" Rinehart slip ons, screaming eagle stage 1 air and tuner, cut cat out of stock headers, break-in program was red line and HD Dealer setup after break-in is blue line. Air fuel is conservative and the ride very nice. 1600 mi
Mike G came up from IL yesterday with his sweet 09 FLH for a cam/exhaust swap. We installed the Wood TW-222 cams, Jackpot 2/1/2 Ceramic head pipe and gave it a full dyno tune with Dynojet Power Vision. This results were awesome, this setup made 94Hp/105Tq, outstanding for an otherwise stock 96" motor! Power is nice and broad. Thanks Mike for giving us the opportunity to add some Fuel Moto power
Recent Dyno numbers. Bone stock 2012 Limited 103...65.03 HP w/ 84.22 Torque
Dealer installed Screamin Eagle Race Tuner, Stage 1 Air cleaner with K&N, Gutted cat from stock header, with SuperTrapp 4" Stout slip on's...79.10 HP w/ 92.75 Torque.
My buddy just purchased a 2013 Street glide and had it dyno tuned before it left the dealership. Basically the same set up...103, Screamin Eagle Race Tuner, Stage 1 air cleaner with K&N filter and gutted cat stock headers with Vance & Hinds slip on's....75.5 HP w/ 92.8 Torque.
Same dyno, same tuner guy and the only difference...his bike had 20 miles on it with Vance & Hinds exhaust. Mine has over 23000 miles and Supertrapp 4" Stout Exhaust.
Now I am not real sure if the mileage made the difference or the exhaust made a difference. SuperTrapp claims to add HP and Torque but the small print says with free flowing air filter and a tuner. Tuner and air filter alone will make a significant difference on any bike, regardless of the exhaust selected in my opinion.
I know the bike definitely runs better and I can certainly feel the difference. Fuel mileage has improved also. Moderate riding on the last trip to the Smoky Mountains 2 weeks ago got me 40-46 MPH.

good lookn chart,,,, wonder why it was run in 6th gear???
Yeah, I am kinda confused too...
Isn't it customary to run dyno charts in 4th gear?
Doesn't a dyno run run in higher gear show more hp / torque for the same engine than one run in a lower gear?
I cannot say for sure yes or no...I do not think it voids your warranty. I think it is depending on the dealer...
My dealer possibly had a hand in removing my cats. The bill does not indicate it that happend but...the cats were not in the stock header when I left that day. I do not really know what happend to them, maybe they were stolen for the metal content while my bike was in the back getting serviced.
