I don't know man....... This thing puts out almost the exact same power as my bike with only adding a set of pipes..... and I've got a $300 air intake and $1,000 cam job (parts and labor)...... I'd say that is a big improvement over the stock 103 setup HD has had in the past.
It's an improvement. I had an 09 with a 96", PC-5, air cleaner, and a fatcat that put out 76hp and 93 tq without any engine work though. They raised the prices of the bikes so you are paying for it either way. Just saying it's nice #'s but hardly a big deal.
Thanks for posting Joker! If you don't mind, I want to add another important item. Joker is getting better fuel mileage than he was before too. I'm an advocate for power and fuel mileage. I love to stand on corners with a sign. NOT!
Anyway, Joker has broken the myth that you if you want more power, you MUST sacrifice fuel economy! I've seen the happy dyno sheet and I've personally witnessed Joker's complaints about fuel mileage. Joker doesn't complain anymore. Thanks Doc!

Anyway... he had told me the HUGE numbers I was getting on my 106" S&S build were most-likely from a happy dyno, then proceeded to tune my bike properly. WOW... what a difference! This thing is not only a different bike now, but it's like I had the motor rebuilt!!
This build runs smooth through ALL the gears, with plenty of power, everywhere! No hesitations, no sputtering at lower RPMs/speeds, and it's got jump in all gears, even 6th!

This is true.... the bike (Francine) flat out flies!! She's got so much more power it's scary! (No, not THAT much!)
Seriously, I am amazed at the difference Doc made to this bike!
Recently did the stage 1 upgrade to my bone stock 2009 Road King Classic. I used the K & N RK-3930 air cleaner kit, Bassani fishtail mufflers, SE Race Tuner, and a dyno set up at my local HD dealer. Ended up with 75.58 horsepower, and 88.11 on torque. Amazing how much smoother and cooler the bike runs now. Although the Bassani fishtails are on the loud side, and I still have a little popping on deceleration on the low end.
