I have the 103 Stage IV race kit and it's part #92500010A. I didn't change the jugs, so it's still a 103. It came with CNC ported heads, 259E cams, 58 mm throttle body, 10.5 pistons, high flow injectors, etc..the key is eliminating the cats and having a free flowing exhaust. You can't pump that much air into an engine, and not be able to get it out. I got 104HP and 102 TQ. The important thing about my torque line is that it is so steady! I've looked at a ton of DYNO sheets here that show a lot of torque, but it doesn't last. Who cares if you have 120 ft. lbs. if it's only for a fraction of a second and then drops like a stone. From 3,000 - 5,500 it pulls like a freight train. My torque is there ALL the time...all I have to do is twist the throttle...
@ucbruce - Yeah those are different curves than mine for sure...the steady torque is impressive....hmmm, I wonder if I pull cats and find a good tuner, maybe go wideband...there might be some left in the kitty???
Here is my sheet:
Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam Conversion Kit - 103CI to 110CI - E 4.0" bolt-on cylinders, CVO 110 cylinder heads, SE-255 cams, forged 9.3:1 compression pistons and rings, heavy duty clutch spring, top end and cam cover gaskets, and high-capacity roller tappets, SE Ventilator Elite, SE High Flow Exhaust System with Street Cannons - Road Zeppelin Air Adjustable Seat - SEPST - Only getting 82.38 HP/101.87 TQ - Dyno'd at the dealer
Here are a couple recent bikes we finished up using the WM8-22X in 117" applications. One is a stock 117 CVO and the other is a 117" big bore kit on a 107" bike.

Man, you should be getting a hell of lot more out of a 110 Stage IV...obviously the head pipe, (eliminating cats), is going to make a big difference, and a re-tune. I'm surprised your pistons are only 9.3, and the cam could probably be a little stronger...I don't think a 255 is going to give you what a SE 259E will, but I'm no mechanic...
2013 Ultra Limited, Vance & Hines Power Duals headers/Cary Faas Racing (CFR) slip-ons, Stage II performance options (TTS tuner, SE Big Air kit, .255-SE cams, installed, tuned and dyno'd at dealer). 86.46 HP 100.85 TQ Do these numbers seem a little low? After looking through previous posts and having it tuned by the dealer think I could squeeze more out of it with a better tune?
