95" 10.25-1 je forged pistons, deweys prostreet heads, woods 6hg cams, se forged rocker supports, tp forged rollers,power commander 3 ,stock throttle body and headpipe with supper trapp tuneable disc megaphone slip-ons dynoed @ 108hp and 114 torque

looks like AFR is about 13.7 accross the board

Had it done at Salem Harley in Oregon and wanted max fuel economy.

Carbed, rejetted with pro "R" Hypercharger
Andrews Cam
Custom Head Work. Ported Polished, Intake valve opened up 30%, decked.
10.5-1 forged pistons
True Duels with S&S slip on's.


Max power = 105.19
Max Torque= 104.91

Dyno performed at Illinois HD. June 08. (Hope you can read the results)

"Mr. George Ende, Service Mgr. at Illinois HD says with 10 1/2 and no releases but claims 105hp and 91ft/lbs torque? Bulls..t, no way would a bike leave our shop like that. torque can't be that low, something sure as hell ain't right." 708 788-1300 "

2000 RK
TC 88 with following modifications:

SE 203 cams
SE ignition
SE intake manifold with open SE K&N filter
Modified Mikuni Flatside HSR 42
Stock heads worked by Pat McNulty of RC Cycles
Re-worked the valve seat profile and did a 3 angle valve grind
Smoothed both the intake and exhaust ports
Trued deck using .30 cosmetic, which did raise the compression slightly
Stock head pipes with Samson Silver bullets
Currently Dyno tuning at RC Cycles, Hayward Ca.

No problem, I thought you might be having problems but I see you worked them out overnight.
I know Mr. Ende from my visits to Chicago and spoke with him personally for about an hour.
Very nice man and I had a very "informative" conversation with him about performance builds and learned a lot.

I see you went from 91.73 ft/lbs to 104.91 ft/lbs of torque overnight.
Way to go.

Oh by the way, your sheet won't open but I think you already knew that.

I'd never doubted you for a minute,

Will be with George tonight, has been a good friend for many years and as busy as he is, especially this time of year, no one gets an hour with him. But I will be sure to mention you by name. BTW, George never built an engine in his life. Prior to his position at ILL HD, he specialized in detailing for 15 years.
