They got way behind in the early spring ,and have never caught back up.....took me 6 weeks to get my tour pak luggage rack.

I ordered stuff from them on May 15th. They took my money right away and put the stuff I ordered on back order twice. I called and cancelled the backordered items and told them to ship what they have. This was last Tuesday and I haven't seen anything from them yet! No order status update or anything so I called and was told that I should be getting to the front of the line soon. What kind of answer is that?
