Bushy,
Sorry for your PD's loss. From everything we've read it was just a real bad situation. My heart goes out to the officers who shot Eric. They got to be dying inside. It makes me sick to read what these pieces of shi*t punks lawyers are putting in the papers, calling these turds heroes. May Eric Hernandez rest in peace.
ORIGINAL: Bushy
The officer in question was ther late Eric Hernandez. a rising star and great football player. may he rest in peace and the officer that fired the shot did everything right. unfortunatly the late officer probably if he survived wou;d have be put through hell do to his alcohol level

I've been a cop for 18 years not counting my 4 yrs as Air Force MP. If I have my piece, its on me at all times. Gun does you no goog if its in the car/bike. Second, I never carry it if I'm going to bar. Nothing good can come of a shooting with alcohol in your system-lawyers would have a ball with that case.

Matt - your bike looks awesome I love it - looks sooooooooooooooooo sleak man - kudo's.
So I guess the consenus of all here and most speak from Experience is #1 never store your weapon on a Motorcycle, #2 is don;t drink and ride #3 is never drink and get into a gun fight.

I am sorry to the forum, however I can not ignore this matter. Bushy you are 1000% wrong for posting those pictures on this forum. I have been reading this forum for the past 3 months to get info about SG's. I have read all sorts of interesting opinions and statements, however those pictures cross the line. I don't want to seem like a cry baby, but as a young afro-am male I feel as though you(police) are gleefully calling the beheading of that young man justice. And they wonder why we (young black men) don't like cops. I remember when I watched the iraqi terrorist behead the first american hostage on the internet, how I felt like throwing up and had that sick feeling in my stomach. In no way am I comparing you to a terrorist (I mean this in the most sincerest way), however after seeing those pictures, I have a similiar sick feeling in my stomach. Somethings that are on this forum are fun and games, and I will never stop anyone from expressing their opinion, however I want you and everyone else on this forum know that the line was crossed.
Again I didn't mean to whine, but I had to get that off my chest.
No line was crossed here. What would you have to say if it were an Arab or a white guy on the fence?
I look at it and laugh, figureing there is one less mouth to feed in the jails. No time wasted tieing up a court. Justice served.
This is my last post on this topic, because I don't want to make this out into a race issue or a political issue. If the guy wasn't black I am not sure how I would feel. I am sure I would still feel sick about seeing the pictures. However, the guy is black and so am I, which I am sure added to the outrage I felt when seeing the pictures. The pictures and comments caused me to react a certain way. I felt it was my duty to write a response not out of hate but so that he and everyone else knows that those pictures are imo not appropiate for this forum not to mention insensitve. And I am not one of those sensitive guys, nor am I Mr. black panther. Again, this is just how I felt. I hope this doesn't turn into an online race riot. This will be my last post on this topic.
