I ordered a clock from blondies 2 weeks ago. I decided to change the face color so I called and talked to someone the first time. I then followed it up with an email to make sure the order was changed. I received an email back 2 days later confirming my change. I also received an email yesterday telling me my clock was being shipped today and my credit card was being charged. I do not know which one of our experiences is the norm, but I have no complaints at all....I will let you know how satisfied I am with the whole experience when I have the clock on my bike.

Just an update, the Blondies clock arrived on Sat. March 11. I ordered the white faced clock. it took a long time to get here but was worth the wait, i reckon. I think it took me longer to get the box open than it did to install. I have the moco skull logo key and it did not need any alteration. So.....
