Painter not returnin calls need advice

Had my bike painted they had it a month and rushed it in the end. And when they rushed it a couple parts had to be repainted and the color is off a touch. and there are a few minor blemishes. Should I wait for a face to face or should I just file a case with the Distric Justice's office and have someone else redo it and send him the bill? This is a VERY well known shop in the area that has been in buisness for MANY years. Do i have a case and can I make him pay to get it redone?

Take a ride over to the shop with some friends and ask him if he would be so kind as to make it right. If you donâ€™t have any friends then file.

I dont wanna sue i just want it right. I am just SUPER busy at work right now. But I will just have to make it a point to get there sat.

i would make time and go back and show them there error and ask to fix it

It's always better to meet face to face and let him see how he let the paint job go. If he's a stand up business guy then he'll redo the job and make it right. The trouble is with painters is they do over book and get over welmed and then this is what happens. Some not all promise everything and deliver very little. I've been through at least 6-10 painters....some have just disappeared. Best of luck, but I would make sure it's face to face and then becareful the guy dosen't fold with your sheet metal.
