Kind of ****! But mostly common sense. Like I say, absolutely nothing wrong with record keeping. Also what I'm saying is, just because it was done at a dealer and written or checked off on a work order, doesn't necessarily mean it was done.. Most of my experiences with dealerships leave a less than desirable taste in my mouth. I've had vehicles returned to me with something else wrong after they put their hands on it, or work they claim was done, that wasn't. Remember, no one is going to treat your property as good as you are.
I did the 5k myself. I store the bike at the dealer over the winter, so I had them do the 10k while the bike was in storage.
