Heading to the Dragon from Connecticut early Monday morning with a couple of guys, can't wait to get on the road.
Scooting down to the Skyline Drive to the BRP it's my second trip down there.
i would definetly avoid the dragon on a \\;weekend if possible, especially a holiday weekend...But if it can be avoided, be careful,,,LEO's and crazy sob's will be everywhere !!
If you have to ride it on the week end and staying at Deals Gap resort get up early and get some breakfast and be on the Dragon by 10 a.m. if won't soo busy or wait till the late afternoon around 5 of so. \\; I was there last week end rode it around 9 a.m. not busy and around 4:30 for second and third time it was not busy then. \\; Don't forget to ride 143 and 28 or the Loop that's 129 to 72 to 411, 360 and eventually to 165 and 143.
Love those long trips on the bike. Have fun. I hear the roads all around the Dragon are just as good. Dragon spooks me after watching too many U Tube idiots on that road.
There is a sign at the beginning of the Dragon that says \\; \\; \\; \\; \\; \ \; \\; \\; \\; \\; \\; \\;  \\; \\; \\; \\; \\; \\;&n bsp\\; \\; \\; \\; \\; \\;&nbs p\\; \\; \\; \\; \\; \\; \ \; \\; \\; \\; \\; \\; \\;  \\; \\; \\; \\; \\; \\;&n bsp\\; \\; \\; \\; \\; \\;  \\;"STAY IN YOUR \\;LANE" \\; \\; \\; \\;& nbsp\\; \\; \\; [sm=goodidea.gif]
