Make sure the bike is hot, (210+ degrees takes several miles on a hot day), or you will over fill. \\; Best time to check it is after a long ride when everything is good and hot.

I check mine before I ride when cold, should be half way up stick, when hot (210+ degree oil) \\;it is up to the full mark! \\; On the side stand screw all the way in. \\;

The trans is not screwed in, just at the top thread. \\; Should be in the "X" zone when hot.
