Good stuff guys, thanks again.&nbsp\\; Now the tranny oil says, just stick it in and pull it out to check.... don't screw it.&nbsp\\; hehehehee

So many things to remember for a first time Harley owner. [8D]

Make sure the bike is hot, (210+ degrees takes several miles on a hot day), or you will over fill.&nbsp\\; Best time to check it is after a long ride when everything is good and hot.
&nbsp\\;
I check mine before I ride when cold, should be half way up stick, when hot (210+ degree oil)&nbsp\\;it is up to the full mark!&nbsp\\; On the side stand screw all the way in.&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
The trans is not screwed in, just at the top thread.&nbsp\\; Should be in the "X" zone when hot.
