I have a 2007 Roadking Classic. In the Drag Specialties 08 "Fatbook" it says the stock
shocks are 12"
I measured the ones on my bike and they are 13" from center to center of the bolts
I bought the bike used, anyone know what they are supposed to be 12" or 13"?

Penske and Ohlins shocks are worth every penny if you can afford them.
I had Ohlins replacement on my Ninja 'back in the day'. Paid about $600 for the rear and it was a nite and day improvement.
They are on my future 'to add' list for my SG.
Both are good shocks, the problem lies that you only needed 1 shock for your Ninja. Your SG needs 2. I did a deal with Penske when Eric &\\; myself developed them, allowing us to offer for one year the price you see on my web site. People do not realize a single Penske or Ohlins shock now costs in excess or $750/each. We are also a Ohlins &\\; YSS distributer/service center but the problem lies the Ohlins come only one way and if you need to re-spring and re-valve for your application it costs. $400/re-valve and about $90/each spring. The shock is the same for all models except for the extras, body size, and connecting ends.
