Buddy of mine just got back from a trip to Colorado and had a break down. He called the local Harley dealer first and they said they could not get out to him until the next day. He then called HOG and told them what the dealer said\\; they we will call you right back\\; within minutes they called and said the dealer will be out there within 30 minutes, which they were and had him back on the road within 2 hrs. I used HOG once on my wifes car, ran out of gas (broken gage) and they had a service out and me back on the road in about an hour. As far been good from my personal knowledge. I combined all my vehicles into their ultra package for about $80 a year with unlimited service and no extra costs.

I used it this morning. \\; Flat rear tire on the way to the dealership. I stopped for gas at the on-ramp and as I pulled out it started gign flat. \\; So \\;I was parked on a entry ramp to I-95 probably 14 miles from the dealer.

Was told 45 minutes at the most and took close to 2 hours to get a tow truck there but at least it showed up. \\; \\;
