There but for the Grace of God go I - keeled the 'King over this evening 'cause I let the grass grow along the edges of my drice and clipped it as I was pushing the bike out. I bet the guy felt about an inch high, and I applaude your calm! I think my bike will have more 'charcter' due to me than any other riders! Warm regards, Michael.

I had about&nbsp\\;ten seconds of really bad thoughts...then I mellowed out and took it in stride.&nbsp\\; Coulda been alot worse, wasn't as bad as I thought.&nbsp\\; Sure did make some crunchin noise thought, I thought, well there goes my bags and rear fender.&nbsp\\; But it musta just been the lenses cracking, it had me going for a minute though.

 

I switched to a different rear light bar in the spring. Let me know if you want my old one.

Which gate? I almost got hit this morning on all american because there was a goose in the damn road and the guy behind me didn't realize traffic ahead of us had come to an almost standstill.

 

I also always slide my ID in the gap around the fuel door, holds it well and easy to get to. Just a thought.

BE503, thanks for the offer.&nbsp\\; I think the bar is fine, it oput a little dimple in the fender to knock it out of whack abit.&nbsp\\; I will further inspect this pm when I put on the new lenses (if they're in stock that is).

EVIL, it was the knox st gate.&nbsp\\; I don't go down the all-american 500 anymore, to many idiots.&nbsp\\; I put my ID in my windshield bag, was working good so far, alot quicker to pull out my ID.

 

Glad you are OK! When i get to the gate I shut off the bike climb off and take a glove off, then remove my wallet Id card and my MSF card. Reverse process start the bike and roll on to work.
