you can`t go wrong with the (infinity kappa serries)&nbsp\\;even better than anticipated . go to there website and lookup the (kappa loud speaker serries). you won`t be disapointed they handle the high&nbsp\\;input power and give a awsum clarity of highs with some very&nbsp\\;good base.also if you have room for their 6x9`s that would do your system real justice.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;

Changing speakers will not make it louder, you need an amp to make a system louder and maintain a clean sound.
&nbsp\\;
I beg to differ,I have more volume with the new speakers as did with the stock.

When you remove your stock speakers check what ohm rating they are and replace with the same ohm rating. If your stock speakers are 4ohm and you replace it with speakers that are 2ohm it will be slightly louder but it will make the amp in your stock stereo run hotter than designed which could shorten its life.

jato for an 04 the ohms are 4 if you a 2 channel amp in front of the head unit you can run 2 or 4 ohm speakers with no issues to the h/u. the amp supplies more power to run the speakers. the amount of gain run to the speakers controls the volume. most amps are used to separate the mids highs and lows signals to a specific type of speaker, ie mid tweets or bass
