Default J&M Setup

How many of you are running with the J&M set up? How do you like it?

I have the J&M speakers on my road glide. I would buy from them again.

Hubby has been using tier head set with good results. I have one sitting here ready to go in to my helmet.

I like them. However, if you have the money, go find a custom stereo shop and have a system put it. Many people have done it, where the music just pounds. If you would rather listen to the music over your engine. But the J&M speakers do sound better than stock. Great customer service too.

I have tried the premium J&M speakers (headset) for my 06 Ultra and can tell no difference in sound quality than the Koss but I have used J&M in the past and they do last longer and have better customer support.

Not sure which J&M setup you're looking at, but if you're thinking about the handlebar speakers... it's definitely worth the money. Have them on my 01 RK and couldn't imagine riding more than 20 mi without them. (just make sure that you get the amplified version).

Sounds and looks great!!

I have the J&M Speakers on my SG and really like the sound. I don't have an amp and have Rush 2.0 Mufflers and am able to hear them just fine.

I like the sound of the J& Ms I have on my Ultra, and even with the Boarzilla, I can hear them just fine. Did have an issue, the magnet fell off the left speaker. I just used some silicone and zip strips to put it back into place and it works fine. I think this is just an isolated incident. Over the winter I am going to upgrade the spearkers and go with an amplifier as even though the J&Ms are good, there is always something better out there.
