Push Button Lock for 08 Fuel Door
This may have been mentioned already, but the other day as I was browsing the wall, I noticed the push button lock for the fuel door had the little spring clip for 07 and before, but also a new spring hinge for the 08's. Of course, I had purchased one for the wife's SG 2 weeks earlier and made it work. I was able to order just the new spring hinge for $2.

i installed the one for the o7 and earlier on my o8 streetglide, parts man said it wouldn't work, he lied, works like a champ, no springs needed, just pulled out the locking one, and replaced it with the chrome button, works just as it's supposed to. nothing else to change than the harley part. trust me, this one saves a lof of frustration when having to dig out another key to play with. hope this helped. i dig my streetglide.
