Modify Baffles
I really like the way by bike sounds with no baffles but the low end power is bad, the mid and High RPM is good.
I put some extra holes in my baffles, no help, I cut them in half and took about 2 inches out, still no help.
So... anyone have an idea how to mod a baffel so it shounds good but still give back pressure? Maybe torque cones?
Its an 08 street glide.
Here is my baffles with the extra holes, its now about 3-4 inches shorter.

buy a new set of pipes and get what you want, modifying baffles never seems to work and still give you performance. If you just want loud leve them out, if you want louder and performance buy something designed to give you that. Probably a good 2:1 if you want to maintain your tq.

Figure out a way to add a "torque bolt" as close to the end of the baffle as you can. I did that on my boom can baffles and it made back the tq I lost when I went to the power curve, and kept the same sound. I welded in 1/4 bolts. I think Rush does that to their baffles too.....
