Arrow Street Glide crash bars
Has anyone dropped thier SG? I don't mean while riding just sitting still or slow riding. I'm wondering if the Crash Bars will protect the bags at all if the bike falls over?

I went down doing about 20 two days ago. the crash bar will save you a chit load in repairs but it won't save the bags. the pipe and bag will take a hit if it goes down (as well as the front fender and foot board and bracket).

Mine fell over sitting still and nothing but a few scratches on the bottom of the left saddle bag. So the crash bars do work.

They are SOO ugly. They are the first thing I remove.

I'm changing mine to black now that i have to have it fixed anyway. I don't care for them on the smaller framed bikes but I love it on my SG.
