Cool

Silver Bullet 3"x32" slip-on Fishtail Mufflers with baffles and stock headers on my 2007 RKC worked well for me. Great sound and looks. Only a minor complaint in the loss of some bottom end torque.

In my own opinion Sampson has a QC problem. Most are (According to some consumers) good, but some products come out bad. When it comes to their Customer Service, they are the "Pits". I guess that they figure that they already have the money. So "Who Cares" how the customer that bought a "Bad" set of pipes deals with "their" problem. (I bought a bad set of pipes for my Ultra. They were the True Duals and broke by the starter.)

I guess that Sampson feels that there is enough "Good Reports" on the products they sell they don't need to help the few that have had problems. Except to sell you more of their products.

I will NEVER buy from Sampson again. I will go with stock before i put any product from them on my ride. And I will let others know how Sampson does NOT help you after you do make the mistake of purchasing a product from them and you have any problems.

Discoloration might not be the fault of workmanship or quality, but Broken bracket on a pipe and cover within two months of purchase IS.
When the Customer Service tells you that the replacement will be sent right out and it never shows up IS! When the customer repeatedly calls and is told the same thing repeatedly but never receives anything but lies, That is a Problem.

I repeat. I will NEVER purchase a Sampson product again! And will tell anyone that I see is considering the purchase of a Sampson product how they will be treated if they buy from Sampson!

Still have Samson Shorty Pipes. No problems with my '02 Sporty carbed bike. Very Loud.

Used to have Samson's on my '06 RKC. Always had decel popping. Have been to 2 dealers and they couldn't diagnose the problem. Hated the sound.

Would not say that I hate or don't like Samson's, but I wanted to try something new on my '09 Ultra which was Fuel Moto's Power Package and 2-1-2 headpipe. Absolutely very pleased with the outcome.

Sounds like JR at Sampson is willing to replace the one, right-side muffler (M-147 R) that yellowed, due to heat for approx. 1/2 the cost of a full set...

As long as the new muffler gets to me in a timely manner, in new condition and for the quoted price, I will retract my statement above...stay tuned!

I will guarantee if you were to call us again you will receive the bracket right away. there may have been a mix up with an address or something but I will make sure you get your bracket. Of course there will be no charge for the bracket or the shipping. 888-5-SAMSON
thank you,

In the past we did have some customer service issues and we admit it. Since Kenny Price realized there was a problem he took control of the customer service department and our customer service is now second to none. We are not perfect just like any other company but we are there for you to help you through any problem or guidance you may need. Please call with any issues right away so we may help you. 888-5-SAMSON.
thank you,
JR

popping on deceleration is caused by a lean condition. if the bike was set up with just a little more fuel delivery it would not have had a popping sound.
