What about the swing arm pivot kits? I see glide pro has the shaft and outer bushings, but I saw another type somewhere that show a new delrin or metal bushing in the swing arm housing itself in addition. If oem s/a bushings are rubber that seems like it would defeat the purpose of the glide pro swap.
Im thinking of doing the bagger brace and a swing arm pivot set together, but want to find a good s/a kit.
Not sure of your bikes mileage but replacing the swingarm bushings may tighten your bike up.Doing so at time of kit installation-whichever you go with-wopuld give ultimate results. The harder aftermarket bushings have been known to increase vibs-your call.Checking bikes alignment along with motor mounts is advised.Neck brgs are often overlooked.
The guy that does my work recommended the ride straighter(not the right name) because it has two mounting points and that is what he has on his. First thing I noticed was it takes bumps better. I haven't had the chance to really push it yet but once you feel the death wobble you will wish you spent the cash. Trust me.
