Ok so I graduated to the TC 96 from an Evo , never had a TC88 ..
For those who dont know , several issues with the shovels , pans and knuckles were the ring clearances were "loose" by todays standards , that and lots of fuel wash in the cylinders leads to early rebuilds ..
This TC96 , first 250 miles or so oil pressure was 45-48 at idle , has slowly come down .. Approaching 2k and still is up around 24 psi at idle ..
Reckon they tightnened it up a bit .. I am used to seeing 25-30 psi with the wick cranked hard ...
