one problem... where the hoses connecto to the filter/bypass the original hose clamps have leaked no matter what I do. I have ordered some otetiker clamps which I am hoping will solve this

I prefer NOT to use the thermostat. I've heard too many horror stories about them not working properly or at all. You can use the adapter w/o the T-stat or just plumb it off the case directly.
Well I just got an email from Jagg saying that they do not have a cooler that will fit my 09 yet. They say they are working on one and will email me when they have it done.

you have a good point there.... I have the manual cut off valve, the paint flaked off, so I took a sharpie and drew a line so I know how it is set
