Discoloration on the exhaust pipe that not covered or shielded. I notice the discoloration (yellow) on the right hand side where is elbows. Is there any stain remover or way to clean that. I feel that is takes away from the chrome on the engin and the chrome on the shielded part of the exhaust!?
I am not 100% sure but I think Kury or someone sells a heat shield piece that is specifically made for that part of the exhaust. I would look into that before I tried to rub the discoloration off if you can even do it????

I don't know why that little section was not covered up by HD, I think it looks pretty nasty though!
There is some stuff call Blue Job that is suppossed to remove discoloration and some other brands too, but it will probably just come back after you clean it. Best bet is to cover it. I've got the Kury piece and don't think it looks that bad. Sure beats looking at that yellow spot.
