Yes Leo, you are correct!! Not sure what Forum this is now. But doesn't seem to look like the one I used to subscribe to. They're all correct, however. Suck it up, pay the ticket, and smile all the way home. I'm just wondering how many of these guys were like me when they were a kid, and did something bad. They knew they did something bad, and their Dad gave em a damn good whoppin'. I'm sure they all said "Thanks alot Dad, I really deserved that"
OK, I had it coming, enough already! I'm just wondering how many of these guys were like me when they were a kid, and did something bad. They knew they did something bad, and their Dad gave em a damn good whoppin'. I'm sure they all said "Thanks alot Dad, I really deserved that"[/QUOTE] I'm sorry I even mentioned it... Geez, this place is getting way too sensitive. Checks in the mail....
Hahahaha! bigskyhd don't you hate when you start these kind of threads and everyones against you? hahaha. I'm not trying to be a *****, I agree it sucks and you were not hurting anyone...........but you got caught! I got caught yesterday doing 36 in a 30, the catch is school was in so it turns out it was only 20 mph. I got a 170$ ticket and I have a flawless record. Got back to work and show my boss the ticket and he says "I know this guy" he calls the cop on his cell phone and the cop says "rip it up". Moral of the story, I got caught and I was going to pay for it but I got connections haha!! Today I went that same way by the school zone and slowed down real slow. the cars in front of me were pulling away fast and the cars behind me were backing up into a train. in other words, no one does the speed limit on that road but someone has to get caught. by the way when I was going slow and causing a train behind me I was still doing 27 mph which is still 7 over hahaha!! Thats life!
You'll hear cops spew their self righteous crap, but he probably drove off going as fast as he just gave you a ticket for driving. He wouldn't have given his buddy or his buddie's family member a ticket. they have their excuses for that too. Most cops are crooks with badges. Not all, but most. Double standards don't get any respect from me. You hit a cop he shoots you and he gets off for self defense or at the very worst loses his job. A cop hits you and you shoot him you are behind bars for a long time.
I hear ya Bradley. Wish I had some contacts. But it's useless to even discuss this any further on this forum. Don't know what I was possibly thinking when I started this mess. "Thanks Dad for the whoppin', I really enjoyed it, and I can't wait to get another one!!"
Its all good man, don't take nothing here to heart. Hell you've been a member for a while you should know that haha. I started a post where I was hatin on a newbie who was in the wrong on a situation, and I got all the **** from it. All the **** talkin was from about a dozen other newbies so I brush my shoulder and keep on going.
That's what you get for giving in on page 5. No one is reading it and still capping on you for what you wrote on page one. I should butter some popcorn and continue to watch the show. LOL
17 over...............Not so bad. We have all done it and most will do it again. You got caught, shame on you. Pay it and slow down. I'm not a cop and don't wish to be one. Those guys have a tough job. He was doing what he was paid to do.
