Unhappy Bikes stolen in Parma Ohio

Hi All,

Woke up this morning to an empty garage. I know I probably will never see these again, but its worth a shot.

2008 Harley FLHX Black Vin# 1HD1KB4108Y708970 (approx 2600miles)
- No mods, basicly stock but all my leathers were in the bags.

2003 Suzuki SV100S Silver Vin# JS1VT54A832102548 (approx 4700miles)
- Lots of add ons, pipes, carbon fiber, ect.

Any info = Parma Police 440-885-1234 File Number #0828552

I still have my boots on :-(

I had one stolen about 20 years ago and I know what you are going through.
They are most likley in pieces already, I hope you have good insurance.

I hope you are able to catch the scum that took them.

Sorry to hear that. Try posting announcements on Craigslist in all the nearby areas.

Sorry to hear that....

Is your garage attached?

Do you have a dog?

Just some curious questions...For my own personal info.

Do you ever lock your bike while it's in your garage....Sometimes I do, but mostly I don't.

Plus, if someone broke in to my house, they wouldn't have too much trouble finding the keys...

Maybe I should think putting keys in a safe and locking my bike while it's in the garage....

Thanks...

Will insurance replace them no problem...

Detached garage on corner lot. Dog didnt here anything. They must have pulled up on the door till it broke loose from the auto opener, or slid under to release it. I had to re-align the door before it would go back down as well as unbend the manual lock that was bent pretty good.

Both bikes were locked, keys still in my pocket. Whoever did this knew what was there and was well prepared. Nothing else in the garage was taken that I can see.

Police and Ins. filed. Only saving grace at this point is its going into winter.

I hope this never happens to anyone else, its a pretty sick feeling. Almost not worth having anything nice.

Damn, that sucks bro. Had it happen to me a few years back,
insurance helped but by the time the smoke cleared it all cost
me thousands, lesson learned for me. The violated feeling was
the worst though. I hope they catch the scum bags (that for
some odd reason thought they deserved something that you
worked hard to obtain) and hang them.

Good luck!

Sorry to read about your bikes that were stolen. Hopefully you have insurance that will replace them. I trap my bike in the garage with my Jeep. I have to pull my Jeep forward a few feet before the bike will squeeze through the door opening.
Good luck,
Tom

Good luck with your new bike.
