Anyone have them on a road king? If so, I'd like to see a pic preferably with a rider on the bike. I want to see what kind of riding position it gives. Thanks
Have been lurking for awhile, not a impluse buyer but this is a question i have been searching for. Wondering about the hand postion and reach with the slammer bars. And yes it is going to be black soon as i pull the trigger
I have an 09 RK and have been scouring this forum for info on bars and I found a post by a guy who just put a set of Street Slammers on his King. I don't remember who it was, but it's a blue bike and he has pictures of the new bars posted. If you want to try a search, you'll probably find the post.
I dig the way your bike looks with the fat bars, but I'm not sure they would give me enough pullback. Anyway, good luck with the search.
I've them on my RK Custom but I don't have any picture with me on the bike. I'll post with before and after and maybe this weekend get a picture with me on the bike.

those bars are sharp. but one question, how tall are you? or more to the point, what is your sleeve length (you could be a gorilla lol) you look like your arms are in a comfortable position, but i'm only 5'4", so my arms could be considerably shorter....
I have them on my 05 RKC, first change I made when I bought the bike. You can see them some in my Sig, I have better pics on my other computer so can not load them now.
I am about 5'11" and they feel just right for me. I had a night train with the drag bars before this bike, so I liked the feel of this type, but on the RK, you are not as bent over as with the Night Train, it seems just right to me.

I'm 5'8'' and the picture of me on the bike was the orignial beach bars. When buying dress shirt I get a sleeve length of 34/35. The biggest problem I have with those bars is the seat I'm using makes me reach forward at speed. I have a HD stripper seat which is quite flat and I tend to slide back on it. I'll try and post some pictures of me on the bike this week.
