Default opinion on chrome front fender tip

Im thinking of putting a small Kuryakyn chrome front fender tip on my SG. Im not sure if it would look good. Anyone got any pics? What do you think?

In my opinion, it looks much, much, much better, cleaner, and sharper w/o anything on that front fender. That's why so many guys pull all the gee gaw off their Ultra's, Classics, Standards, and Road Kings, to make them look like the Glide. Again, just one opinion....

Your ride. But IMO adding chrome do-dads to the fenders and whatnot of a Street Glide totally takes away from the look. SG is supposed to look stripped down.

Agree with all the above. One of the reasons I went from the Ultra to the SG was the "clean" look of it. To each their own, your opinion is the only one that matters.

As long as you do not need to drill any holes it should be fine. You can remove it if you want to.

This is true but keep in mind that if an accessory is applied with adhesive, in time the glue may disfigure the paint under it. If your lucky and it dosen't , it will be pristine paint under the item and if you ever take it off you'll find that the rest of the bike has faded and with clear coat you won't be able to buff it out.

See if someone can photoshop it on there for you. You can then get an idea if you'll like it.

The whole idea about the SG is the minimalist look, but like others have said it's your bike.
