At some point I stripped the threaded insert that is in the outer fairing. It is the one in the lower part of the fairing next to the headlight. I stopped at the dealer and got a new insert. The one they gave me is threaded on the inside and outside. I really can't tell if the stripped one is threaded on both sides as well? But how do I get the current one out?
