I've added quite a bit to my 05 RG but the last two accessories have made a big difference.
I bought the HID kit from www.motorcyclemetal.com (Howard is a great guy to deal with, very knowledgeable, evidently loves his work and will go the extra mile!) and the difference is amazing. I ride in S. America and the roads are bad and dangerous (potholes the size of a car, loose animals on the road, drivers with no lights, etc, etc, etc) and I cannot believe I didn't do this mod before.
The other is the Mini Beast air horn for pretty much the same reason as the lights.
I have a set of Howards Hog Horns on my RG and more than once have rattled some inattentive cager so bad that they drove down the wrong side of the road till I got well past them.
